Climate change is the biggest challenge of our generation and has to be solved urgently. We are inspired by the beauty of this planet. It is the only one we have.
Our vision is to sequester 1 GT of CO2 while regenerating tropical soils to create a livable planet with nutritious food and healthy ecosystems for future generations.
Company news
We launched a new partnership with Carbonx
A warm welcome to our newest commercial partner, Carbonx! Carbonx is not a marketplace, but rather an aggregator of corporate demand for offsets, exclusively focusing on high-quality carbon dioxide removal, such as Enhanced Rock Weathering. They are originally Swiss-French but are also represented in São Paulo, Brazil, where we already had the chance to meet them in person!
To put words into action, we already signed a contract to remove 1.000 tons of CO2 over the next five years for one of their clients. This is part of a larger, €1m commitment to carbon removal, which you can read more about here. This marks a great first step in our collaboration, and we are very excited to remove many more tons of carbon together in the future.
Our biggest Carbon Credit Sale so far to Frontier!
We are very happy to announce that our application got selected out of numerous others to start a partnership with Frontier! On behalf of Shopify and Stripe, Frontier will in total spend more than USD 1 billion on Carbon Removal Credits and R&D in the field. We are very glad that Frontier recognizes Enhanced Rock Weathering as a high-quality and permanent carbon removal solution and that they see our potential to deploy this in Brazil. This project is important for upscaling our operations and will provide us with a lot of learning opportunities and insights when it comes to project management and developing our MRV. We are now listed on the Cloverly platform!
We are very proud to announce that we are listed on Cloverly, a platform that focuses on high-quality carbon projects and a valuable player on the carbon market. We are now part of the portfolio available to Cloverly’s clients. Users of their platform can request our Carbon Removal Credits and in this way meaningfully contribute to a sustainable tropical agriculture that removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
